Litigation & Arbitration
We provide admissible evidence to help build cases and intelligence to inform strategy. We identify witnesses, gather facts, locate assets and demonstrate beneficial ownership. We have acted both for and against sovereigns in investor-state disputes. We are trusted by funders and lawyers to be transparent about our methods and realistic about likely outcomes.
Greyhawk identifies assets and income streams to support recovery action by creditors. We are experienced in unpicking complex offshore ownership structures and building circumstantial evidence of beneficial ownership. We identify sovereign assets to enable monetisation of awards arising from investor-state arbitration. We support applications for freezing orders and disclosure applications including through §.1782 and Norwich Pharmacal orders. We act regularly for claimants in high-value civil fraud matters.
Greyhawk supports insolvency practitioners in high value and contentious situations. We support investigations of suspected misconduct and assist with the recovery of misappropriated assets. We investigate the background of unknown creditors to help IPs assess their credibility.
